RCL has made two foreign PoPs in two diversified geographical position due to network strategic point to keep in mind to provide minimum latency for all part of the globe.The PoPs are located one in Equinix Data Center, Singapore and another is in Epsilon Datacenter, UK. The two PoPs are connected with the NGN Class4 SoftSwitch located in Bangladesh via multiple sub-sea terrestrial IPLCs which ensure resilient global connectivity. Both signaling H.323 and SIP are supported along with different variety of codecs e.g. G.711, G.723 and G.729.

RCL has the best network topology to ensure low latency and good QoS and consequently, the carriers has been enjoying a very high ASR and very good ACD as of their traffic KPI since the inception of its operation. The company has direct bilateral interconnection agreement with a lots of Tier1 and Tier2 operators in Asia, Europe, North America, Africa and Oceania dealing in more than 300 million minutes a month.
